  • I am located in New Jersey, but I work with both California and New Jersey Residents. I am only available for virtual sessions.

  • You will receive a video link for sessions via the platform Alma. This is a confidential, HIPAA compliant platform made for therapy. All you need is a camera, microphone, internet connection, and a confidential and comfortable location to meet.

  • Unfortunately, I do not offer in person sessions at this time.

  • Fees for individual therapy sessions are $150. I do not offer family or couples therapy.

  • During your first appointment, we will discuss the reasons you are seeking therapy, your background, and discuss goals for treatment. The most important part of the first session is building trust and getting to know each other, so we will go at whatever pace you are comfortable with.

  • The answer to this question is different for everyone. Some people only need a few sessions to solve a very specific problem or get through a difficult phase of life. Others rely on therapy to help manage symptoms for their entire lives. We can discuss what this may look like for you in our initial sessions.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document provided by your therapist or counseling practice that outlines the anticipated costs of therapy services. It includes details such as the hourly rate or session fee, potential additional costs, and any expected expenses that may arise. This estimate is intended to give you a clear understanding of the financial commitment involved in your therapy, helping you make informed decisions about your treatment. If you have insurance, you will not receive a Good Faith Estimate.

  • I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Providence, and Carelon insurance through the platform Alma.

Unfortunately, Alma is not set up to submit claims to Medicaid, Medicare, or other community and state plans, meaning that if you purchased your insurance through Covered California, Get Covered NJ, or it is a Medi-Cal/Medicaid/Medicare plan, I can not work with your insurance.
